1. Introduction

Welcome to Zough Good Fashion (“Zough Good”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our fashion designing services, website, and related platforms. By engaging our services or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

2. Services

We provide:

  • Fashion designing services
  • Custom-made and tailored clothing
  • Ready-to-wear fashion items (where applicable)

All services are subject to availability and design feasibility.

3. Orders and Acceptance

  • Orders may be placed in person, via email, phone, or online platforms.
  • An order is confirmed only after payment (full or agreed deposit) is received.
  • We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders due to design constraints, material unavailability, or incorrect information.

4. Payments

  • Prices are quoted in Ghana Cedi (GHS) unless stated otherwise.
  • Full or partial payment may be required before work begins.
  • Deposits are non-refundable once production has started.

5. Custom-Made Clothing

For custom or tailored outfits:

  • Customers must provide accurate measurements and design requirements.
  • Zough Good Fashion is not responsible for fitting issues arising from incorrect measurements supplied by the customer.
  • Changes requested after production begins may attract additional charges.

6. Delivery and Collection

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to production or logistics factors.
  • Customers are responsible for collecting completed items on agreed dates.
  • Risk passes to the customer upon delivery or pickup.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, sketches, patterns, images, and branding created by Zough Good Fashion remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our services, except as required by Ghanaian law.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana.
